Conclusion of Contract

By purchasing a product, booking a coaching session, subscribing to a membership, or downloading digital content, the customer enters into a legally binding agreement with the provider.

Ordering is carried out via:
WooCommerce (WordPress)
Stripe – card payments
PayPal – PayPal balance, bank transfer, or card
Direct digital download delivery via email or account access

After completing the order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email.

Prices & VAT Notice

All prices on this website are final prices.
VAT is not charged under the German “Kleinunternehmerregelung” according to §19 UStG

Digital Products & Access

Digital products include but are not limited to:
– e-books (PDF, EPUB)
– guided meditations
– worksheets & journals
– online modules
– video or audio lessons
– download bundles

Digital products are delivered:
✔ immediately after payment
✔ via email download link or customer account
✔ available for personal use only

Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

Coaching Services & Mentoring

Coaching sessions (1:1 or group) and mentoring programs are not medical or psychological treatment.
By booking, the client acknowledges:
– Coaching does not replace therapy or medical diagnosis.
– The client is responsible for their own emotional and physical well-being.
– No guarantee of specific outcomes or results can be provided.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships provide ongoing access to:
– exclusive content
– monthly sessions
– community features
– downloadable resources
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation can be done at any time via:
– the customer account
– or by email to sanja@auralyn.blog

Access ends at the end of the paid period.

Payment Methods

The following secure payment providers are used:

Stripe
For card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx).

PayPal
For PayPal balance, bank transfer, and card payments.

WooCommerce
Processes and manages all orders in compliance with GDPR and EU ecommerce rules.

Payment must be completed before receiving digital products or accessing coaching programs.

No Guarantee of Results

All content, coaching, meditations, programs, courses, and digital products are designed to support personal development.

However:
– No guarantee is made for financial, emotional, or personal results.
– Success depends on individual effort, dedication, and life circumstances.

Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds for:
– e-books
– audio files
– digital downloads
– online course materials
are excluded under EU law (Directive 2019/770), once the download begins.

Refunds for coaching:
– No refunds after the session has taken place.
– If the client cancels 24h before the session → full refund.
– If the client cancels less than 24h → 50% fee.

Subscriptions:
– No refunds for already unlocked content.
– Cancellation stops future payments only.

Delivery & Availability

Digital products are usually available immediately.
If technical issues occur, support is available at sanja@auralyn.blog.

Liability

The provider is liable only for:
– intentional or gross negligence
– damages due to injury to life, body, or health

The provider is not liable for:
– technical failures
– customer device issues
– indirect or incidental damages
– results of personal decisions based on the content

Data processing follows the GDPR (DSGVO).
